BS3352 F4 Ductile Iron Resilient Seat Non Rising Stem Gate Valve

WALTER Model NRGV DIN3352 F4 Resilient Seated Gate valve is mainly used to connect and cut off the medium in the pipeline by rotating the stem. Resilient seat gate valves with replaceable stem seal designed to the DIN3352, BS5163, and AWWA standard for use in systems with water supply and treatment, irrigation and sanitation.
Our valve body and bonnet assembled by screws protected by a molded sealing gasket. Wedge in ductile iron covered with a thick layer of elastomer. Ribs on the wedge outer face to facilitate its guiding in the body. upstream-downstream tightness made reliable thanks to the enormous qualities of elasticity and rigidity of the wedge.

Feature:

1.Ductile Iron Body & Disc allows high impact and stretching resistance
2.Disc is designed with an abrasion resistant nylon guide which can help less opening or closing torque and smooth during operation.
3.Disc is covered by high-grade rubber which complies with drinking water.
4.Full coating on the body and disc internally & externally with an average of 250 microns. Higher coating thicknesses are available when required.
5.The 3 O-ring stem seals are designed to prevent stem leakage. and provide replacement of the O-ring without disassembling of valve from mainline pipes.
